i think i know why...

Assalamualaikum n elo...

again...this week...last 2 days...i experienced insomnia...
the 1st day...i only managed to fall asleep after Subuh....
then the next day...again...but i 'golek-golek' on my bed for a long time before falling asleep....
not under influenced of caffeine...but still cannot sleep...
so...again...last night...i just jump onto my bed at about 8 pm...trying to sleep...finally after few moments of 'golek-golek' (again...), i managed to fall asleep n woke up this morning at 5 a.m~yeay

so...tried to find the reasons behind this story....
check whether it's associated with PMS...

"Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) (also called PMT or premenstrual tension) is a collection of physical, psychological, and emotional symptoms related to a woman's menstrual cycle." (Wikipedia)

"Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a recurrent luteal phase condition characterized by physical, psychological, and behavioral changes of sufficient severity to result in deterioration of interpersonal relationships and normal activity." (eMedicine)

the truth finally reveal...YES... blogger-emoticon.blogspot.com
